Our Rooms
A Traditional Tuscany country house, called Campo Nuovo, fully renovated in the 1990s while keeping its original architectural structure, located within an estate of approximately 700 hectares.
There are 11 rooms designed and built following green building principles, with heating, a private bathroom and a refrigerator.
We are committed to a sustainable life and respect for the environment, which is reflected in our hospitality approach. In harmony with the surrounding nature, we provide peaceful and revitalising holidays.
Guests can enjoy the best views of Maremma nature in this portion of Val di Cornia from their rooms’ porches.

In a quiet corner of the estate, the infinity pool offers an incomparable view of the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by green woods and Mediterranean maquis. Take a refreshing bath or sunbathe in a relaxed environment, with the horizon stretching to infinity.
E-bikes and city bikes are available to explore the surrounding roads and trails through the woods, where you’ll find numerous trekking, bike, and horseback paths.
The Agriturismo has a ping-pong table, table football and a small playground for children.
